1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h5mcw ("h5mcw", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Registration

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on h5mcw. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited ("Duplicate Accounts"). h5mcw employs automated and manual controls to detect Duplicate Accounts. Where Duplicate Accounts are identified, h5mcw may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all required fields. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. h5mcw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

h5mcw supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed within your account's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

All financial transactions on h5mcw are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your h5mcw account within 60 seconds. Withdrawals are subject to account verification. • Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make deposits into the account ("Source of Funds" rule);

• Funds that are the subject of a pending investigation, dispute, or chargeback cannot be withdrawn until the matter is resolved;

5. Bonuses and Promotions
